Delete your PlotCheck account

For everyone with a PlotCheck account: buyers with a buyer profile, and dealers and their staff. You can use PlotCheck to search and call dealers without any account.

Buyers: delete your profile

1. In the app: open PlotCheck, go to Account and tap Delete my profile.
2. On the web: open your account on this site, sign in, and choose Delete my profile.

It happens straight away and can't be undone. Your profile and your saved plots are deleted, and your name, mobile number and city are removed from every dealer you shared them with. Messages you sent a dealer through “Send a message” are not linked to your profile and stay with that dealer.

Dealers and staff: delete your account

1. In the app: open PlotCheck, sign in as a dealer, go to Account and tap Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm.
2. On the web: sign in to the dealer portal, open Profile and choose Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm.

It happens straight away and can't be undone.

Email pakazad55@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my PlotCheck account”. We will delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted for dealers

If you own the agency (the dealer who registered):

• all your listings are taken down;
• plot photos, allotment letters and other documents, seller details, CNIC images and your photograph are deleted;
• messages from buyers, your leads (buyers who shared their details with you) and your alerts are deleted;
• your name, email address, mobile number and CNIC number are wiped;
• your staff are signed out and their details are wiped too.

If you are a staff member of an agency: your name, email and mobile number are wiped and you are signed out. The listings you handled stay with the agency owner.

What is kept

Only anonymous records that no longer identify you, such as an internal ID in the audit trail and the plot's history, so other dealers' records stay correct. Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days. See the privacy policy for details.
